What Is The Default Yealink T58W IP Phone Username and Password?

 You can login to the Yealink Phone configuration page via the webpage GUI. To do this, please use the following procedure below:

1.     1. Open a browser application on your computer/laptop (e.g. google chrome or Microsoft edge or Internet Explorer).

2.      2. Enter the IP Address of the Yealink T58W SIP IPPhone that you are configuring.

If you don’t have the IP Address of the Yealink T58W IP phone, you can use an IP scanner software such as Angry IP Scanner or Advanced IP Scanner.

 In this example, I am using the Advanced IP Scanner, click scan and it should show you the IP Address of the Yealink T58W SIP IP Phone. You can confirm this by checking the MAC Address of the Yealink T58W SIP IP Phone at the back, it should match the data information that is showing in the IP scanner.

 

13 3. Once you have located the correct IP Address of the Yealink T58W SIP IP Phone on the network. In the Address bar of your web browser, Enter the IP Address of the Yealink T58W.

2.    4. You will be prompted to a page with username and password.

3.    5. Enter the default username and password of the Yealink T58W SIP IP Phone which is “admin” username, and “admin” password. Use a strong combination of password such as 10 digits and mix of numbers, letters, and signs for a better security. It is really hard to reconfigure the device again so better download the configuration for future use.

4.     The Yealink T58W default username and password must be updated after the first login, this is to provide you better security.

5.     If you forgot the username and password that you have created on the Yealink T58W Sip phone, you must factory reset the hardware.
