How to register the Yealink T58W in the Cloud PBX Successfully?
To register the Yealink T58W in your cloud PBX, all you need is your PBX IP address or the Cloud DNS address.
1. Login to the Yealink T58W dashboard (web) by entering the IP Address on the Address bar of your favourite Internet Explorer such as
Google Chrome.
2. Once on the dashboard, go to the Account Section on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Under the Account, click on the Register.
4. Locate the Line Active and Set to ON.
5. Leave Label empty.
6. Enter the Display Name that you want for your phone's identity.
7. You can either enter a preferred name to be displayed when you are calling someone, or just keep the same extension number details on the Register Name Field.
8. Enter the Extension Number of the Yealink T58W you have created on the Username Field.
9. Enter the password of the Extension number on the Password Field.
Yealink T58W Sip Server Setting:
1. On the same Account Setting page of the
Yealink T58W, you can find the Sip Server Host Field. Enter here the cloud
DNS or the Public IP Address of PBX Server.
2. If you have created a new Port Number of the cloud PBX, enter it on the Port Number field, else just leave the value to Port 5060.
3. On the Transport Field, Keep your selection to UDP as default, unless you have opted a different transport protocol used in the PBX.
4. You can set a number of the server's expire, or leave the default value provided by the Yealink T58W software.
5. On the Server Retry Count, the Yealink T58W setting is set as 3 by default. You can also keep this value or increase it if you want.
6. This is done. All you have to do is click the Confirm button that you can find at the bottom of the setting page.
7. Wait until the setting page Register Status turns into "Registered", which means your Yealink T58W Sip phone is now ready to accept and send calls.
